Global Return Policy

Returns must be dropped off and scanned by carrier or returned to a store within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the delivery date. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date. 

A return shipping fee applies to all returned orders, with one fee per order. There is no fee for in-store returns, Instant RefCredit refunds, exchanges, or Friends with Benefits loyalty program members who keep at least one item from their order.

Please refer to the table below for return shipping fees by country. If your country is not listed below, a return shipping fee will not apply.

For orders placed online, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a refund. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it either by mail or to a store location. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. If you choose to return your item by mail, we recommend grabbing a drop-off receipt for proof of return in case there are any issues with your return being scanned into the tracking system by the mail carrier.

For in-store purchases, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a refund back to the original form of payment. You have 30 days from the purchase date to return it to a store location. Please ensure that any items purchased in-store are returned to a store within the same country of purchase. You can view our store locations here. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. 

For online and in-store returns, please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, vintage, digital products, and items marked ‘Final Sale’ are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged*. Returns in unsellable conditions which include, but are not limited to, deodorant stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odor/fragrance, are subject to rejection upon processing. We do not accept shoe returns if the shoe box shows significant damage or is not returned in its original condition. Swimwear must be returned with sanitary tags attached. If your garment, handbag, or jewelry arrives in a garment bag or dust bag, it must be returned inside the bag to be eligible for a refund. Reformation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Returns received that do not satisfy our return policy are subject to return shipping charges.

*This return policy does not affect the separate legal right of withdrawal or cancellation, which is available only under some circumstances to EEA, EU ,and UK consumers.
